Overview
Trinity Family Health began providing healthcare services to the Corbin community in 2018 to address primary care and behavioral health needs in southeast Kentucky. The organization has since expanded services to include counseling and case management, while maintaining a strong commitment to individualized, patient-centered services.

Trinity Family Health delivers integrated, whole-person care that promotes access, continuity, and quality. Services are provided by a multidisciplinary team focused on improving health outcomes and reducing barriers to care for medically underserved populations.
 

Access to Care

Trinity Family Health serves all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The clinic accepts Medicare, Kentucky Medicaid, and most major insurance plans common to the region. For patients without insurance or with limited financial resources, Trinity Family Health offers services on a sliding fee scale in accordance with AFQHC requirements. Sliding fee discounts are based on household size and income and are designed to ensure affordable access to care while reducing financial barriers for medically underserved populations.
